Coach & Horses Hotel London

This hotel is in a perfect location, really close to the beautiful Kew Gardens and the train station. It's also conveniently close to the National Archive museum. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with attention to detail like water dripping from the air con unit. The breakfast, which is included in the nightly Tariff, is a great bonus and offers a good variety of options to start the day.

All was as expected and there were no major issues.

Really enjoyed the friendly staff, they were warm and cute throughout my stay. Made me feel comfortable and at home. The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs. It was conveniently located close to the attraction I wanted to visit and also had easy access to public transportation. The buffet breakfast was great, with a good variety of options to choose from. They had a good selection of vegetarian dishes as well.

The air conditioning in the room wasn't working properly, a bit disappointing. It wasn't able to cope with the heat, and it made the room quite stuffy and uncomfortable.

My recent stay at the Coach & Horses was good. The location was perfect for visiting Kew Gardens, and the underground car park made it convenient. The room itself was lovely - spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was recently renovated and stocked with fluffy towels. The breakfast room was vibrant and charming, with beautiful botanic artworks. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Isabella, were great to assist me. The food at the restaurant was excellent, with a great range of options. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent. The hotel facilities were great, including a lovely traditional pub attached to it. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation options, including a tube station just a short walk away. We also enjoyed being close to the beautiful botanical gardens. The breakfast provided a delicious taste of British cuisine.

The breakfast is enjoyable, with delicious food and a relaxed atmosphere. the hotel offers free secure parking, which is a great advantage for guests.

The dinner at the hotel's restaurant was underwhelming and disappointing.
