Coach & Horses Hotel London

This hotel is in a perfect location, really close to the beautiful Kew Gardens and the train station. It's also conveniently close to the National Archive museum. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with attention to detail like water dripping from the air con unit. The breakfast, which is included in the nightly Tariff, is a great bonus and offers a good variety of options to start the day.

All was as expected and there were no major issues.

Really enjoyed the friendly staff, they were warm and welcoming throughout my stay. Made me feel comfortable and at home. the location of the hotel was perfect for my needs. It was conveniently located close to the attraction I wanted to visit and also had easy access to public transportation. the buffet breakfast was great, with a good variety of options to choose from. They had a good selection of vegetarian dishes as well.

The air conditioning in the room wasn't working properly, which was a bit disappointing. It wasn't able to cope with the heat, and it made the room quite stuffy and uncomfortable.

The food at the restaurant was excellent, with a great range of options. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast is enjoyable, with delicious food and a relaxed atmosphere. the hotel offers free secure parking, which is a great advantage for guests.

The dinner at the hotel's restaurant was underwhelming and disappointing.
